3. How many people will be attending?
This is important because it’ll define the kind of venue you need and other aspects of your budget. You won’t be able to measure costs without answering this question.
4. What kind of equipment will be needed?
Whether it is a party or a product launch, you’ll need appropriate equipment for presentations: make sure you have projectors, microphones and sound systems working well.
5. Am I prepared to the unexpected?
The answer to this question must be ‘yes’. Every event plan must count on the unexpected. Being prepared for emergencies mean you should have an emergency fund. You may consider consider having an insurance.
